So I went M.I.A for a while...
Anyway, I've been looking for easy baby things to sew. I'm not much of a sewer (in fact our sewing machine was actually bought by my husband to mend his work clothes). I saw a cute little beanie in Pumkin Patch and thought that while it was cute, I could have a crack at making one.
I'm sure there are dozens of blogs with these little hats out there (I even found a few on Pininterest) - but my spin is minimal sewing, as the sewing machine and I have an interesting love/hate relationship.
So with a long sleeved shirt, I lopped off the arms (could work with yoga pant legs/lower part of leggings), left bottom edges raw and did a quick bit of stitching up the top.
